Welcome to Rut's Condo page. This is a place for you to discover more about the Kissimmee area and the Condo you may want to rent for your Florida vacation.

There are website links posted in the right hand column of this page to give you more information about the greater Orlando area and the immediate area in Kissimmee near our Condo. There are links for anything from theme parks to golfing, from excitement to relaxation. You choose!

Our Condo is reserved on a first come, first served basis. The rental time frame is from Saturday to Saturday. The cost is $400 for the week. This means you are responsible to clean the condo including washing the sheets, pillowcases and towels which is time consuming. We have a cleaning service for an additional $50 fee. Let us know at the time of booking that you want to utilize this service.

Grand Palms of Lindfields Estates

These are the signs to look for as you near our Condo. Our beautiful Kissimmee vacation home at Grand Palms Resort is located only a few miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World. It is in a private residential area known as Lindfields Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. It offers you the convenience of the Disney World theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Animal Kingdom, as well as, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. It is located near several other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, and Wet-n-Wild. The main road from the Condo is filled with several restaurants and shopping malls, with the Orlando Premium Outlets also located within a few miles. In addition, Kissimmee is home to several championship golf courses like Champions Gate and Orange Lake, which are both within short driving distance from the Condo.

The Condo is a 3 bed / 2 bath second level end unit. It comes fully furnished with everything you need for an exciting and relaxing vacation. Just a short walk away is the community exercise room, large heated swimming pool and a hot tub. Within 2 miles of Grand Palms is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and a larger than life Super Wal-Mart and a Super Target. Compare our rates to lodging at a small Disney World hotel and you will find yourself with a lot more money to spend on your Orlando Vacation!

Front Entrance

These pictures show the entrance to our upstairs Condo. You can park anywhere you want, except in front of a garage door. If you bring two cars, one of them needs to be parked at the pool.

Entryway

This table, straight across from the front door, contains the Welcome Book and instructions on what needs to take place to ready the Condo for the next family's stay. It also contains TV information and directions to two Christian Churches.

Living Room

It is easy to relax on the couch and love seat, watch cable TV or a DVD or VHS movie or enjoy the scenery on the enclosed porch. The TV Stand contains several Disney movies.

Lion King Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed, Master Bath, Cable TV and DVD Player, Dressers and entrance to the screened in porch.

Master Bedroom Porch

Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather on the screened in porch. You can also access the porch from the Living Room.

Minnie's Kitchen

The Kitchen is fully furnished, complete with utensils, dishes, a coffee maker and pots and pans. There is a Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, Microwave, and a Dishwasher.

Nemo & Friends Guest Bedroom

This bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, TV, Desk and entry to the open air front porch. There are also several family friendly games in the room.

Toy Story Guest Bedroom

This bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser. There is a Pack and Play and a booster in the closet for tiny vacationers.

Front Porch

The open air front porch can be accessed
by the Nemo and Toy Story bedroom.

Laundry Room

The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer and detergent so you can wash the sheets and towels, plus your clothes, at the end of your vacation. There is also an ironing board and iron in this room. If you want to cut down on cleaning time, you might consider packing your own bedding and towels.
